The Federal Government is giving Connecticut and Massachusetts $275,000 a piece to develop a program to spot drivers who text while driving. Woman Hog Tied On Arrest
Ashleigh Davis a 32 year old women from Lake County FL, was arrested by officers for not leaving an argument when told to. She is now filing a lawsuit against the officers at Lake County Jail for “hog-tieing” her and leaving her laying on the floor naked for hours on her arrest.
