Congress passed the mandate in 1968 in order to keep weapons out of the hands the hands of the immature and reckless. Kennedy Kin Michael Skakel Parole Denied For 1975 Slaying
Michael Skakel, nephew of Ethel & Robert Kennedy, is currently serving 20 years to life for the 1975 slaying of 15 year-old Martha Moxley in Connecticut. 10 years after his 2002 conviction Skakel was brought before the parole board and denied. LAPD Strikes Again-Man Sues Claiming Brutality & Wrongful Arrest
Bruce Faraon’s attorneys have filed a civil suit against the LAPD claiming assault, battery and trauma stemming from an arrest a year ago. Mr. Faraon was walking home from work when he was accosted by officers for having a look of surprise on his face. Off-Duty Cop Shot In The Bronx Search For Suspects Underway
An off-duty officer has been shot, a suspect killed and the hunt is underway for two additional suspects in The Bronx. When his girlfriend pointed out a robbery in progress the officer sprung into action. He was subsequently shot in the chest but is in stable condition at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
