Will Smith has a new movie coming out titled “Collateral Damage” coming in a few days. Usually when actors are starring in a movie they want it to do really well in the box office because it’s more money for them right? Not for Will Smith.
Will Smith said he doesn’t care if the movie wins any awards or how it does at the box office. It’s not for the reason you think either. It’s not because he’s amassed so much money throughout his career, but he said it helped him cope with the death of his father. When they started prep for the film, that’s when Will’s father was diagnosed with cancer.
Smith did a Question & Answer on Facebook live from the headquarters and opened up about how the movie really helped him.
