Stevie J has been released from rehab (where he was ordered to be because of cocaine,) but it’s only because he has to appear in court to address his $1.1 million federal child support case.

Stevie has reportedly not been paying the court-ordered $8,557 a month for his son and daughter for years now, and as of 2014, they said he owed $1,107,412. He was arrested over it and has been out on bail since last year, but the terms of his probation included no drug use – hence why he was in rehab.

The Love & Hip-Hop star calls the case “bulls**t,” insisting he was a good father to the kids and provided them with everything they need. We’ll keep you updated!
