We reported yesterday that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg made some shrewd comments about Colin Kaepernick’s take-a-knee protest. Check out what R&B crooner Ne-Yo had to say about her today.

Ginsburg called Kaep’s protest stupid and arrogant. Though she did insinuate that America is the land of free speech, she didn’t even mention the REASON that Colin Kaepernick is protesting. It is extremely bothersome that a judge in THE court of America has no concern with equal rights for all. So…do all lives really matter?

Ne-yo says that he is with Kaepernick 100%.
