The officer that murdered Terence Crutcher has now surrendered herself to authorities.
She was booked on first degree manslaughter but made bail in about 30 minutes. She was booked at 1:11 am and posted bail at 1:31 am for $50,000.
Her lawyer says she fired the shots because Crutcher wasn’t following orders and believed he was reaching into the window so she fired her shots.
