Jared Fogle is now suing the parents of one of his victims. He is blaming the parents for the child’s problems. The child’s parents had sued Fogle and his partner Russell Taylor recently.
In Fogle’s suit, he says the victim’s parents abused alcohol and engaged in fights in front of the little girl. Fogle says this made the girl depressed. He says the behavior included drug use, alcohol abuse, suicidal thoughts, and acts of self-mutilation. Fogle is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence. He plead guilty in federal court to child pornography possession and traveling to pay for sexual encounters with minors.
