Snoop Dogg threw out the ceremonial first pitch at Petco Park before the San Diego Padres hosted the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday, June 8.
He had a good windup but it didn’t quite land over home plate. Instead it went wide left and almost took out a cameraman and a couple of onlookers in the bleachers.
Snoop can rest easy knowing his first pitch didn’t enter the “worst first pitch ever” conversation, a distinction that belongs to fellow rapper 50 Cent, who even won an award for the infamous pitch.
