As his killer prepares to face 2nd degree murder charges in court tomorrow, former Saint Will Smith’s toxicology reports are in and it appears that he had a several drinks the night he was shot to death.
Last month, the former DE for the New Orleans Saints was on his way home from dinner with his wife and friends when a seemingly mild fender-bender turned deadly. Smith was shot multiple times and his wife Racquel was shot twice. The shooter, Cardell Hayes, was said to have negative ties with a friend of Smith’s among other swirling presumptions around the positively needless shooting.
According to TMZ, Will’s blood alcohol levels were 3 times that of what is considered to be passable. All in all, he still didn’t deserve this and passengers in his vehicle that night consider him a savior. Let’s see how it plays out in court.
