Believe it or not, Drake has NEVER had a solo record hit the number one spot in his home country of Canada in his entire career – until now. Thanks to his Views From The 6 single “One Dance,” Drizzy has finally achieved a number one on the Canadian Hot 100 this week.

You may be surprised to know that he also has yet to reach number one as a solo artist in the U.S. either – though he came close with “Hotline Bling” last fall. However, he has nabbed top honors twice thanks to his features on Rihanna’s singles, “Work” and “What’s My Name.”

Hopefully this accolade will put him on the path to a number one in the U.S. soon! I mean, if Desiigner could do it…
