As we’ve previously reported, Compton rapper, The Game asked the judge to overturn his ruling in the $10 million sexual assault lawsuit filed against him. Today, the rapper was back in court and it seems as if things may have went his way.

To catch you up, prior to the launch of The Game’s VH1 reality TV show, ‘She’s Got Game’ contest Priscilla Rainey filed a $10 million lawsuit against the Compton rapper. In the suit, Rainey claimed, Game got intoxicated and “out of control” during a video shoot last year and he “forcefully reach[ed] his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.” The Game allegedly never responded to the lawsuit, and the judge ruled against him by default.
However, Game claimed he was never properly served the lawsuit and asked the judge to overturn the ruling. He also stated that Rainey’s claims were completely made up and he was not intoxicated at all, at the time of the alleged assault. The case went back to court Thursday and while on his way to the court house, he posted a photo to IG with the caption; “On the way to court. Wish me luck “?
Several hours later, Game was back on IG, all smiles at the Bentley dealership. He captioned his latest photo; “Fresh outta court…. Went so well today, that boy went & dropped a quarter mill on a Bentley truck !!!”
