A video shows a toddler falling out of a moving van. CRAZY! Report says that the latch on the van loosened. As the traffic light turned green, the door popped open and out went the baby.
You can hear the people in the car behind saying,
“There’s a child, MY GOODNESS!”
The child immediately ran towards the van. The grandfather who was driving had not even noticed the child was missing. I mean how do you not?
