A video has been circulating on Facebook of a man shooting another man in his head after he has already been shot. I guess he was just making sure the job was done so he shot him in the head. I am not sure what the man did to get himself in that situation but it must of been pretty bad but who ever did that didn’t have to record it and then post it on the internet.
