Majid Jordan, the group signed to Drake’s OVO label dropped a dope single entitled, “My Love.” The single included a feature from their boss Drizzy Drake. The duo will be dropping an album soon. They have recently got a chance to share how the collaboration on the song came about.
Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman sat down with the lyric annotation site Genius and gave the scoop on how it all went down. Maskati said,
“This is [a] very big inspiration from Drake. He was the person who came up with the idea of like questioning if the love is genuine or if it’s just for show. I can relate to that as a person and as an artist.”
The duo shed more light on the single. Check out the interview below.
