The Chicago Bulls are currently at 15-11 with the 6th spot in the Eastern Conference. They lost their last three games and are hoping to bolster their shooting force ahead of the Feb. 19 trade deadline. More specifically the Bulls are seeking to add a talented wing player. To get that done they are reportedly taking trade calls for Joakim Noah, Taj Gibson and Pau Gasol.
via Sports Illustrated:
Noah, 30, will become a free agent at the end of this season, as will Gasol, 35, if he declines his player option. Gibson, 30, will hit free agency after next season.
Noah’s trade value may have declined after he sprained his shoulder Monday, which will sideline him for two weeks. He has also started only one game this season and is averaging 4.5 points and 8.8 rebounds per game after coming off one of the worst seasons of his career last year.
Gasol is averaging 15.9 points and 10.8 rebounds per game through 25 starts. Gibson has averaged 7.2 points and 6.0 rebounds per game with eight starts in 26 games.
The Bulls will try to end their losing streak on Christmas Day against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
