Earlier this week, a tape of Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood‘s Nikki Mudarris and her ex Mally Mall having sex leaked, and it was pretty obvious it came from Mally Mall’s phone.

Now Mall is going with the good ol’ “hacked” claims, but Nikki is ready to take it to the authorities. Her attorney Her attorney says the video was recorded without her knowledge and reports of her speaking with Vivid about a deal for the tape are lies, and any site posting the video will receive legal action.
