A Detroit man’s extreme fear of spiders almost caused him to lose his life. According to authorities, the impetuous use of a lighter to kill a spider on his gas door, nearly caused a conflagration at a gas station. Check out the craziness!
Detroit Man Tries To Kill Spider With Lighter, Gets Explosive Results
“Do you know gas go boom?” the store employee on duty during the incident later told a news station.
Surveillance video from the Mobil gas station shows flames quickly engulfing the man’s car and the gas pump. The man hit the gas automatic stop button and quickly called the Center Line Fire Department.
Video shows the man putting out the flames with a fire extinguisher.
Fortunately, no one was injured at the scene. In addition, it’s unknown what happened to the spider.
