Terrence Howard might have a great reputation when it come to his acting career but as far as his dating history is concerned, let’s just say he is not what one would call the ideal husband.

He has found himself in numerous domestic violence cases, starting all the way back in 2001. “She was talking to me real strong, and I lost my mind and slapped her in front of the kids,” he said about his issues with his first wife. “Her lawyer said it was a closed fist, but even slapping her was wrong.”

His actions were not much different in his second failed marriage to Michelle Ghent, either. “She was trying to Mace me and you can’t see anything so all you can do is try to bat somebody away, and I think that something caught her. But I wasn’t trying to hit her,” Howard deflected.

Howard also reminisced on an old incident back in 2005 where a woman claims that he struck her in a public restaurant. However, he is calling BS and said his actions were an act of “self-defense.”

As far as his career is concerned, inside sources from the hit TV show Empire that Howard stars in are saying that he will be seeing a pay-cut due to his personal issues that are being publicized.
