Aric Keck, 51, and Jacqueline Tabb, 26, are charged with reckless conduct.
Police released surveillance material from July 18 that shows Tabb walking Keck’s son out of an Alpharetta restaurant, then returning back to the date.
According to the police report, the boy was visiting the couple during the father’s visitation period.
Apparently during this time period, the boy went out to dinner with the couple but became fatigued at around 10 p.m. At 10:15, he was walked back to the car, according to police.
After significant amount of time passed, the boy became exasperated and irritable, so he called his mother. Soon thereafter, the mother called the authorities. The county authorities made brisk contact with the child as he provided details on his location.
Consequently, Keck received warranted contact from authorities as he was returning to his vehicle. What is interesting is he hung up on authorities twice.
Fortunately, the boy was physically unscathed by the irresponsibility of his father.
The two adults could not be reached for comments.
