Judy Huth is one of over two dozen women who have accused Cosby of sexual assault, many these cases cannot be tried in court as the statute of limitations has expired. However, since Huth is alleging that Cosby sexually assaulted her as a minor, her case can go to court. According to Huth, Cosby forced her to perform sexual acts on him, at the Playboy mansion in 1974.
Gloria Allred, Huth’s attorney, said “We are pleased that we will now be able to move ahead without further delay on Ms. Huth’s case, and we look forward to taking Mr. Cosby’s deposition on Oct. 9, 2015.” Cosby has yet to speak on the upcoming deposition. In the past he’s denied all claims that he sexually abused anyone and has yet to be criminally charged.
