Just a few weeks after the news broke last month that Rae Sremmurd was already recording their sophomore album, Mike Will Made-It announced on twitter today that a sequel to Rae Sremmurd’s debut is “In the works.” In July brothers Swae Lee and Slim Jimmy let it be known that their next album is unclear, but Mike Will Made-it’s Tweet hints that we can expect a new project from the southern rap duo very soon.

Mike Will’s tweet on Rae Sremmurd’s album success is pretty factual when he said —”Every song on SremmLife is a HIT” and its “still sounding fresh af” and it’s “still sounding fresh af.” So we can probably expect that the announcement on the sequel to be pretty dope as well. Lets stay at high hopes that Rae Sremmurd really delivers on this next December release date promise.
