Laverne Cox and Caitlyn Jenner got to meet each other over the weekend during a special screening to Jenner’s new reality show “I am Cait.” Cox who has been a supporter of Jenner since she came out to the world just a few months ago, couldn’t have been happier. She posted a photo on Instagram saying she ‘finally’ got to meet Caitlyn.

Cox previously praised Jenner in an interview with ET saying “Her authenticity, her vulnerability is beautiful. Her love of family is so beautiful,” she added “Caitlyn is dynamic and has a sense of purpose and vision.
Over the weekend she posted photos of their meeting at an advance screening of Jenner’s reality show captioning them, “@caitlynjenner and I finally met in person at a special private advance screening of #IAmCait. #TransIsBeautiful #girlslikeus.”
