While the media frenzy is surrounding Heisman trophy winners Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariotta, the world may be sleeping on former UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley. Hundley is a multifaceted player who set school records with 75 touchdown passes and 837 completion during three years as a starter for the Bruins.
When asked who is his favorite quarterback he picks Super Bowl Champion Russell Wilson, a quarterback that was picked in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft. Maybe Hundley can identify with draft picks that went late and went on to stardom. Hundley says “I’m trying to learn as much as possible, because I want to make it, I want to be a great quarterback.”
In a draft class with Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariotta its hard to not be overlooked, especially as a quarterback. Will Hundley be the steal of the draft?
