Learning how to extract creativity at an early age, North and her spot-light parents were seen near Miss Melodie Studios, which offers ballet, tap and hip hop dance classes for children. It was a family affair as Kim’s sister Kourtney showed up with a just-as-adorable Penelope; who too was really to dance.
