This must go down as the interview of all interviews. Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of a hospitalized Bobbi Kristina, sat with Dr. Phil and his mother, Michelle Gordon, to discuss his lack of involvement in Bobbi’s recovery. “What was suppose to be an interview, quickly turned into an intervention,” Dr. Phil says in the opening of 42-minute talk show. Gordon was viewed as a drug-enduced addict who couldn’t control himself. It took a couple of individuals to help him stand on his feet.

Nick mother – who has not been seen in her son’s life much – spoke to the doc on what life has been like for her son since this entire ordeal went down. “He has blamed himself for [Krissy] being in the condition that she’s in, he’s torn up by that. He’s dealing with it by drinking. I’ve begged him to stop,” Michelle tells Dr. Phil. I can tell you, the drugs are not helping.

As he spoke with the straight forward doctor, Nick tells him that he has made him, “more famous.” Nick Gordon Made Dr. Phil “More Famous”, Okay! Everyone involved needs some help.

With the showing and controversy surrounded by the intervention, Dr. Phil has spoken out in defense of Nick.

“They’re concerned for his very life, his very well-being and so much so that the ability to sit down and do an interview with him, his ability to sit down and give an interview, [was] just not an option,” Dr. Phil explained. “That was the whole purpose of going in, to talk to him about how he feels and what he thinks is going on and all of the history about this whole situation… I get there, he is not capable of giving an interview. He is out of control.”
