She’s not even 18 yet, but Kylie Jenner is copping a $2.7 million house. I can barely afford my rent every month and I’m 10 years older than her. FML.

Kylie has inked a deal to buy a 4,900 square foot house a block away from big sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas. The crib comes with a theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms and more.
