Looks like Birdman and Cash Money Sports is making moves trying to catch up to Jay Z and Roc Nation Sports agency. They certainly have a long way to go as Hov has locked up several big names in a short period of time but Birdman is slowly finding success.

Birdman is making up some serious ground on Jay Z — signing several top NFL prospects to his Cash Money Sports agency, including a projected Top 5 pick.
Here’s what we know … CMS’ one client, Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans, had a MONSTER rookie year in the NFL and CMS is looking to build off his success by expanding the company in a big way.
Our sources tell us … CMS has signed at least two projected 1st rounders (including a guy expected to be taken in the top 5) and they’re not done yet!
We’re told Cash Money is expected to make the announcement sometime in the very near future — stay tuned.
Birdman is clearly cleaning up in the college department whereas Jay Z is signing more already proven stars. At least both of them are doing better than Master P did with No Limit Sports. That’s the first thing everyone thought of when Jay Z started Roc Nation Sports so to already ditch that comparison is a plus.
