Marreese Speights faced a scary scene earlier this week when he reportedly had a gun pulled out on him as multiple men tried to rob him for his jewelry. Coincidentally he had his worst game of the season the next day against the Oklahoma City Thunder, although his Warriors still won.

Early Monday morning, Speights reportedly had a gun pulled out him outside of a nightclub in San Francisco. Law enforcement sources told KTVU that Speights was at the Cellar Night Club when a convicted felon pulled a gun on him and tried to rob him in the parking lot.

A group of gang members reportedly tried to steal Speights’ gold chains, but the 27-year-old was able to get away. He was unharmed, and the alleged gunman — identified as 28-year-old Michael Lamont Jackson of San Francisco — was later arrested.
