Terrell Owens never passes up an opportunity. With Victor Cruz out with a torn patellar tendon and now Brandon Marshall suffering broken ribs and a collapsed lung, Owens wants everyone to know that he’s available. In fact Owens says he ‘stays ready so he never has to get ready’. The Giants are focused on their rookie wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. so Owens sent the message to the Chicago Bears.
Terrell Owens tells TMZ Sports he’s ready, willing and able to step in and play for the Chicago Bears now that Brandon Marshall is out for the rest of the season with serious injuries.
T.O. just appeared on “TMZ Hollywood Sports” and says he’s been working out every single weekend and believes he’s 100% ready to go.
In fact, the 40-year-old is adamant and says “without a doubt” that he’s still BETTER than majority of the wide receivers in the NFL and just wants a chance to prove it on the field.
I believe Terrell Owens is keeping himself in great shape but after being out of the game for years and being 40-years old, I highly doubt he’s better than “majority” of the wide receivers in the league. But hey confidence starts with belief in yourself right?
