NBA All-Star Paul George has amicably settled his once-searing paternity battle with New York beauty Daniela Rajic over their 7-month-old daughter, Olivia.
The injured 24-year-old Indiana Pacers star — who earns about $18 million a year — and ex-stripper Rajic on Tuesday reached a “joint parenting agreement” and child-support settlement over Olivia, Page Six has exclusively learned.
George’s attorney Harriet Newman Cohen told us, “They have reached a settlement with full joint custody and a financial package. They will be raising their daughter together. Paul George had always intended to do the right thing, and he is thrilled to have a daughter. The settlement is generous, the child is going to have a wonderful life, and both parents will be equally involved in bringing her up.”
Rajic’s lawyer Raoul Felder declined to discuss terms of the confidential settlement, but added, “If this was baseball, they would say he stepped up to the plate.”
He said that Rajic, who had been living with her family in Queens, would be moving to a new home with Olivia in the New York area that will allow George to make regular visits.
George, who signed a contract extension with the Pacers last year that could be worth more than $90 million, broke his leg in August at a Team USA exhibition game. But sources said it allowed him to spend time with Olivia.
Last month he posted an Instagram picture of him kissing her, with the caption, “In love and blessed!!! My baby girl!”
