Amanda Bynes and parent are on the outs, due to the fact that they have done everything to prevent their mentally unstable daughter from harming herself or others. Looks like that is all back firing, as the parents have now thrown in the towel and plan to relinquish their conservatorship of troubled daughter. It can’t come soon enough too, because Bynes was recently recorded on a rant going IN on parents, ranting about “slitting her father’s throat”, and setting her “mom’s house on fire”. Sheesh! This girl is a problem….
