Not only is Amanda Bynes’ mental health in dire need of help, her pockets almost were too. The troubled former child star has officially been put back under a conservatorship of her parents, after they revealed to the judge that Amanda spent “alarming amounts” of money on purchasing jewelry for strangers. (Damn, I kind of wish I was around! Am I a jerk for that?!)

In the newly filed court documents, Amanda’s parents say she is a “substantial risk” to herself and others, citing her erratic behavior, including her DUI arrest last month, her shoplifting and her bizarre and sometimes violent conduct in NYC. They also reveal just how much she’d been spending, saying the gift purchases have been “extensive.” Her net worth is listed as $5,747,703.36, and of that, $2.8 mil is homes that she owns. They added that the only money she made in 2013 was $144,768 from a home she rented out.

Man, good thing they got her when they did. I am so sad for this girl! Praying she really gets the help she needs for good this time.
