Troubled former child actress Amanda Bynes is having a week full of complete madness. First, she was spotted high out of her mind, ran her Citi bike into ongoing NYC traffic, apparently attacked a fan at a night club and was later spotted at Barney’s mumbling things and walking around with only one shoe. The latest story in this pathetic saga? Bynes was apparently busted twice trying to swipe clothing from different department stores during her NYC stay.
Employees at Pookie & Sebastian said they spotted Bynes but had no idea it was her. They began following her once they noticed some suspicious behavior. They thought she was just a “half-naked, homeless crackhead.” When the workers confronted Bynes about her stolen merchandise, she replied by saying, “Do I really have to pay for this?” Once they said yes (obvi), she whipped out her credit card and paid the $128 with no issues, surprisingly. She was also busted at Barneys for trying to steal a $200 hat. WHAT A MESS, BRO!
