Underwood took to Instagram to break the news in a clever way, just fitting for the holiday, saying: “In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn’t be happier …”
Meanwhile, her hockey player husband confirmed the news on Twitter with a hint of a potential baby name.
“We haven’t picked names yet but it’s looking like Fly is gonna fly. #boyorgirl #flyfisher,” he Tweeted.
