According to sources along with some heavy hinting from Nick Cannon, Mariahs’s husband could be prepping for the role of a lifetime, as he gears up to potentially portray the life of troubled comedian Richard Pryor!
In an interview with Hot 97, Nick tells Ebro and the morning crew that nothing has been finalized, so it’s not exactly official. He goes on to say that nothing is currently in production, which means everything in Hollywood. There has also been some controversy around who will play lead role of funny icon. At one point comedian Mike Epps said he would be taking on the role, as well as actor and comedian Marlon Wayans, who already has the support of Richard Pryor’s three children. Nick who says nothing is set in stone has been growing his hair out, and chain smoking to prepare for the role just to be ready if and when he is selected.
