New York Jets running back Chris Johnson believes he can rush for 2,000 yards again. There were some concerns that he wouldn’t touch the ball enough to even come close to that declaration but the way Jets offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg talks about Johnson, it appears that won’t be a problem.
According to Mornhinweg, Johnson isn’t just a good running back. He’s an all-time great running back.
“He’s a first-ballot Hall of Famer,” Mornhinweg told ESPN.
Jets coaches are certainly never low on confidence. It’s a crazy statement but at this point are we even shocked anymore?
