Former Duke star and expected lottery pick in the 2014 draft, Jabari Parker has reportedly signed with Rich Paul of Klutch Sports as his agent. Paul is also the agent and longtime friend of NBA superstar Lebron James.
According to HoopsHype.com, Paul’s NBA clientele also includes Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe, Cleveland Cavaliers forward Tristan Thompson, Washington Wizards big man Kevin Seraphin and San Antonio Spurs guard Cory Joseph.
Parker averaged 19.1 points and 8.7 rebounds in his one-year at Duke and is expected to be drafted in the top 3 of the 2014 NBA draft.
Paul has assisted James’ ascent into icon status. If Parker’s NBA transition goes as smoothly as some believe it will, off-court opportunities could be coming his way by the busload.
