Young who is no longer affiliated with the chain, was found guilty on Friday, and sentenced to seven years in the pen. According to records, Young Lee “mercilessly and savagely” attacked a homeless unarmed man, with a tire iron on the side of the road. Reportedly when Young pulled over on LAX freeway, and the homeless man asked for money back in 2011, Young caught a glimpse of a sexually explicit stick figure tattoo on the victim, which sent him into a violent fit of rage. The incident resulted in the victim having a concussion and getting a broken arm in the altercation. In 2011 Young fled to South Korea to evade arrest, and was nabbed at LAX airport in 2012 by authorities. Welp, I guess our lady justice didn’t take too kindly to his attempt to escape punishment.
