Remember yesterday when we told you that Judge Judy was taking a man to court for using her image in one of his commercials? Well, now he has some words for the judge. Check it out after the jump.
John Haymond, a P.I. Lawyer, was taken to court by Judge Judy because he used her likeness without her consent. She believed that Haymond used the clips from her show to add value to his business. But now Haymond’s speaking out.
According to TMZ, Haymond says that the commercial was actually for the judges own show. “According to Haymond, the local ABC affiliate in New Haven, CT and NBC affiliate in Springfield recently asked Haymond — a well-known personal injury lawyer in the area — and his daughters to appear in the Judge Judy promo … and he obliged.”
