In BALLING OUT OF CONTROL news, Revolt TV’s head honcho Diddy has reportedly bid a whopping $200 million to buy out cable network Fuse, in order to merge Revolt with them to “gain wider distribution and higher subscriber fees.” Currently, Fuse is available in almost 74 million households, while Revolt is only available via Time Warner Cable in very select cities.
Combs is said to be one of several bidders eying the network, which is currently owned by Madison Square Garden Co. “As we have stated, we are exploring strategic alternatives for Fuse, and will have no further comment during what is still an ongoing process,” MSG spokeswoman Kimberly Kerns said in a statement. I’m interested to see what will happen!
