I guess somebody was not too happy about Spike Lee’s rant on gentrification in Brooklyn. A vandal tagged up on two buildings on Spike Lee’s former home in Fort Lee, an address referenced during the director’s rant. “Do the right thing” was written across the brownstone at 165 Washington Park. A neighbor’s home at 164 Washington Park was also vandalized. To read more, click below.
Here’s what Spike Lee’s half brother, Arnold, had to say about the vandalism:
“I think that Spike needs to stop mentioning the house in his comments. He can say whatever he wants, but don’t mention that.”
