The citizens of France are about their business when it comes to Michael Jackson! The ‘King of Pop’ passed away four years ago due to a lethal dose of anesthesia that was issued to him via Conrad Murray.
Well, five fans thought that jail time wasn’t enough. They wanted him to PAY – out of his pockets. The group sued for MILLIONS, BUT……..they won! How much of a settlement did the fans receive? Find out after the jump.
The group took one for the team and was awarded a whooping ONE EURO! For those that don’t have a money converter around, they took home about $1.36. ONE DOLLAR AND THIRTY SIX CENTS.
Attorney to the group, Emmanuel Ludot stated that, “with the help of witness statements and medical certificates,” it was a fair shot.
Hol’ up! I’m really hoping that Ludot took this case on pro bono.
