It was all good just a day ago! As tons of football fans badmouthed the Garden State and its sister The Big Apple for our unpredictable winter weather leading up to the Super Bowl, we greeted the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks with a sunny, 55-degree day yesterday for the big game! However, it was a 1-time gift from Mother Nature, as we’re now blanketed in snow from yet another winter storm, Maximus. 6 inches have already coated NYC, and at least 2 to 3 more are expected. It will slow up later tonight…but it’s not over! Snow is likely again Tuesday night. It will then change to a mix of sleet and freezing rain before eventually changing to rain Wednesday.
Ugh, why couldn’t that damn groundhog have not seen his shadow!
