Going to Disney World?! Nah. How about a walk Paterson, NJ instead?! Yep! Broncos safety Mike Adams said if his team wins the Super Bowl he’s walking to his NJ home — in helmet, pads & all. This should be interesting. Lol. Check it out…
Via ESPN:
Adams told the Denver Post that he intends to walk to crime-ridden Paterson if the Broncos win Super Bowl XLVIII, which will be played in East Rutherford, N.J., approximately 10 miles from his hometown (Paterson, N.J.).
“If we win the Super Bowl, I’m going to keep my helmet and pads on and I’m walking home,” Adams told the Post.
Adams jokingly acknowledged to the Post that local motorists might be alarmed by the sight of someone walking down the road wearing a football uniform and pads.
“After I get to the IHOP on Route 3, I’ll start hitchhiking,” he told the paper. “But they’d probably think I’m just some crazy person.”
