The lawyer of Raisheem Rochwell, the teen charged with the opening fire and injuring two students at his Philadelphia high school, is not ultimately at fault; hit the jump for more.
The alleged culprit in the Friday afternoon shooting, just minutes before dismissal in a Deleware Charter High School, has been identified as 17 year old Raisheem Rochwell, after viewing a surveillance video.
Rochwell opened fire upon entering his school gym, causing for the hospitalization of two student. Amato Sanita, Rochwell’s lawyer does not buy that that he acted alone, or that the blame should solely be placed on him:
“Amato Sanita, says he doesn’t believe that account is accurate and says Rochwell “is not the person who will ultimately be responsible for this act.” HP
Rochwell was charged as an adult and is held on a $5000,000 bond, until his hearing Feb. 6th.
