Wow this story is kinda crazy. Back in November, New York jets tight end Kellen Winslow was arrested for allegedly having synthetic weed in a parking lot of a Target. But in a recently released police report, the crazy part is what else he might of been doing in his car. Hit the jump.

The police report from East Hanover police shows that on Nov. 19th, cops were called by a woman who was parked next to Winslow’s black Escalade. She claimed his window was down and when she got out of the car she mentioned to him how cold it was. It was then according to her report she gave police, that she noticed Winslow’s penis was out of his pants and it looked like he was masturbating. When Police showed up they said he appeared to be moving around in his seat quickly in an attempt to sit up straight. None of this was mentioned about the night of that arrest prior to now. Masturbating at a target parking lot? Really bro? For his sake I hope this story is exaggerated but it doesn’t seem so. Hit the gallery to see the actual police report.
