“Designing a home for hip-hop at Harvard,” was on the minds of the alum at the ivy league university when they honored Nas with a fellowship. Many are fans of the newer music genre, but are unaware of where the culture began. This fellowship allows an individual to learn, so “hopefully this gives hope on an educational level,” says Nasir Jones.
Ammunition takes us on a tour of what we can expect out of a fellowship such as this one, and it’s surely a dope perspective. I’m so trying to figure out how to be down. Doesn’t hurt to learn just a little bit more!
