In WTF News Today: I’m thinking, after this incident, Nike should change their slogan from ‘Just Do It’ to “Just DON’T Do It!’ An Oregon pimp – yes, the give me my powder type – is suing the famous sneaker brand for $100MiL! Excessive?! Hell yes it is, because wait until you hear WHY he’s suing. Check it out, after the jump.
Before you go, PLEASE, the gallery is a must see!
Sirgiorgiro Clardy is suing Nike, because he said that the company should have included a warning label on his Air Jordans that said they could be used as a deadly weapon. A john failed to pay one of Clardy’s workers – prostitutes – so, he stomped the guy out with his Jordans, back in 2012. Now, the pimp who is serving an 100-year life sentence says it’s due to the fault of the sneaker company.
“Do (sic) to the fact that these defendants named in this Tort claim failed to warn of risk or to provide an adequate warning or instruction it has caused personal injury in the likes of mental suffering.”
WTF is wrong with some people?! LOL! So, it was Nike that forced your foot to the guy’s face?! CRAZY, but funny!
Side-Bar: Clardy was also arrested with, Princess Dawn Talley-Stevenson in connection to a sex trafficking bust. Tsk Tsk!
