Karrine “Superhead” Steffans, the model turned go-to groupie that bedded half of the music industry and rose to fame by writing a few books about it, will now be producing a “Confessions of a Video Vixen” reality show on Fox. In a new interview, Ms. Steffans revealed that she pitched the show and it has been officially greenlit, and is now in the pre-production stages.

“We just brought our writer on,” she said on 106.1 KMEL. “I’m going to check him out in the new year to see if I like him. If so, then we’ll go ahead and move forward with our pilot and start production on that this year. I hate cameras. I don’t like taking pictures. I really, really don’t.”

This should be interesting! She is also known for fabricating and greatly exaggerating stories, however, so I’m not going to fully believe this show is happening until we get confirmation from Fox themselves.
