Something about this man isn’t right! Judge G. Todd Baugh in the recent past handed down a “get-off-easy” sentence to a Montana teacher who had raped a student. His exact words being, she’s “older than her chronological age?” This happens to be only the cake.
Icing – Pacer Anthony Ferguson punched his girlfriend in the face and fractured it in three places. Somehow, even with an extensive history of criminal behavior, Ferguson was able to avoid charges of felony aggravated assault and felony witness tampering.
Six months in jail and $3,800 in restitution for his victim’s medical fees aren’t the only consequences of his crime, but judge Baugh wants the woman beater to write something WILD! No, it’s not an apology letter. Check it out after the jump.
